be advised that it may take 1-2 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. It will be considered to a bulk order.

Shipping and Delivery Standards

Shipping & Delivery Date Estimate:

The ordered items are shipped ASAP to guarantee fast delivery.

  • Usually, we ship on the same or next business day.
  • If your purchase date falls on a weekend, it will ship the next available business day. Depending on the region of the shipping address, delivery times may vary.
  • During the holidays time, the order processing time may extend to 3-5 business days.
  • Anyhow, we always do everything possible to deliver your orders in times.
  • It may take 4-14 business days for the order to reach you after it is shipped, depending on the destination. Often, it takes less than a week for most domestic, continental locations.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, US Protectorates, APO, and FPO addresses may take 2-5 business days longer.

Order processing steps:

  • An order confirmation email containing your order details will be sent.
  • When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment tracking number.
  • We ship worldwide via courier (USPS/FedEx/DHL/UPS), Air cargo or Ocean shipping.
  • For express door-to-door air shipping, delivery times are 3-7 business days. Ocean shipping delivery times are 20-40 business days, not including weekends and holidays.

USPS/FedEx/UPS:

  • Normally our default shipping method is by express air delivery service such as DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS. It is door to door delivery service.
  • Advantage: it’s low cost, fast, easy, and convenient. And you can track the shipment online by the track number.
  • The shipping time takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the actual situation.

Worldwide Air Cargo (deliver to your city)

  • Advantage: it’s flexible, reliable, cost-saving for some large orders, convenient for some countries.
  • Delivery date: Normally you can receive the device in 12 business days after placing orders.
  • Shipment: your goods will be shipped by Airline Company. They will deliver it to the airport in your city. Then you can receive it after clearing customs.
  • Note: We can also deliver the goods to your door by air cargo if you require. Please make sure you know how the import process works before ordering from overseas.

Ocean Shipping

  • Advantage: lowest cost, suitable for very large orders. It’s convenient for some special countries.
  • Delivery date: Normally you can receive the device in 30 business days after placing orders.
  • Shipment: your goods will be shipped by Freight Company. They will deliver it to the sea port near your place. Then you can receive it after clearing customs.
  • Note: Normally we don’t provide door-to-door delivery service for ocean shipping.

Air mail

  • Advantage: suitable for very small goods with weight less than 1KG. Low cost,
  • Delivery date: Normally you can receive the device in 30 days after placing orders.
  • Shipment: Your goods will be shipped by Airline Company. It is door-to-door delivery service.

Taxes and Duties

We do not add taxes, VAT or any other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on your invoice, for example: Goods Subtotal + Shipping Costs (does not include duties). Please find out as much as you can about import and taxes in your own country before purchasing an item. In special cases, you may need to pay import duties on certain goods. For assistant on any of this, you can contact us for further assistance.

Only products listed as “free shipping” apply to our free shipping service. OldreamMedical.com offers free shipping service worldwide via express air delivery such as USPS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS/Amazon Swiship.

Delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Processing time means the time OldreamMedical.com handles the order internally. Delivery time varies based on the destination. The customs policies of different countries can also impact the delivery time. Generally, the package can arrive to its destination on time.

We’ll get your shipping address when you make a payment online. Please note, PayPal will be not sharing any of your financial information with us except shipping address and a phone number which you have explicitly agreed to share with us.

Yes, our products originate in China and are shipped worldwide to over 100 countries.

OldreamMedical.com may decide to pack your items separately due to weight, size concerns or product shortage. You can check from your order list to see which parts were sent separately. You can review the status of all orders in My Account.

We will send the products separately if some goods are out of stock. Generally, it will take 5 days or less to restock these items. If more time is needed, we will inform you as soon as possible; your understanding is highly appreciated. A customer service representative will update My Account with the newest information as soon as the back order is processed.

Firstly, you can track the status by visiting the appropriate tracking website mentioned above. If there’s no tracking information, you can contact us via “My Message” in “My Account” for help. Secondly, you can submit an RMA ticket when the package has not been received 45-50 calendar days beyond the delivery date.
