My Account is a user center where you can check your ID level, order history, RMA, Points, messages, wish list, product reviews, etc.

For individual customers, you can check out your orders through the shopping cart.
For wholesale clients, you can contact us by email: [email protected], then tell us your order details, and we will send you an invoice for your order. Once received your payment, we’ll send out your package as soon as possible. And then pass your tracking. No. and let you know the further tracking information until you get the parcel.

We accept online payment via credit card and Paypal, as well as wire transfers.

We try to check and post product reviews within 24 hours of their submission. If a review is not posted after that time, it may have violated one of the guidelines above and therefore did not get approved. Following the guidelines on this page will ensure your product review is posted.

Oldream PDO Threads were packed without air and moisture. The shelf life is two years if you keep it in the right way. Some types like smooth, screw even can store 3years.

Of course, Oldream has been dedicated in the PDO thread industry since 2014. All of our PDO threads are made of actual PDO sutures imported from Korea. It can be 100% absorbed with 6-12 months.
